Experienced Therapist & Clinical Social Worker
I am passionate about health, wellness, and education.  I became interested in mental wellness after volunteering for 7 years at a free clinic as a pre/post-natal patient advocate and a birth doula.  I received my Masters Degree in Social work in my mid-thirties after working in healthcare training, homeless outreach and advocacy, and women's health. Fun fact - I also studied French language and literature. I love learning, adventuring outside, and spending time with family and friends.

How will we work together?
There is a free half hour introductory phone consultation to make sure this is a good, professional fit. The first two sessions are intake sessions. By the fifth session, we will develop a plan which includes therapeutic goals you want to work on. These goals can be changed at any time.
